Abstract:
This paper deals with basic research in the field of the wireless power transfer (WPT) systems and normalization of the electromagnetic field exposure of those systems. The main scientific contribution is related to the development of the finite element model of proposed wireless energy transfer system with reconfigurable shielding plates. The simulation model of shielding plates is reconfigurable in a way of the modification of the material as well as the geometrical properties. This model is then used for determination of the influence of the shielding on the transfer characteristic of the WPT system. The parameters of the system were determined for two basic geometry of shielding (whole plate shielding and circular rings).
