Abstract:
The article raises the issues of improving the quality of servicing microprocessor systems of railway automatics and telemechanics. The analysis of algorithms and schemes of interaction between the operational state of the STC divisions and the MPC Ebilock 950 service centers showed the existence of some shortcomings that hamper improving the quality of servicing microprocessor devices. The alternative scheme of interaction between the maintenance service participants is proposed. It bases on the information exchange through the application created by the authors. The application allows controlling the quality and terms of the performance of service works in order to accumulate information on methods for eliminating complex failures and to automate the process of processing requests by the service centers.
