Abstract:

Cryptography is necessary in every field of IT applications; security is required in every minor field that helps in stopping the understanding of the data that is encrypted. In this research, we are trying to implement an encryption technique that is very light and yet strong enough to secure large amount of data being transferred in the network. This does not require a key that has to be randomly generated. The strategy is to jumble or replace the characters and make it unreadable. The method varies with odd or even number of characters. This can be used in various messaging application where the messages that are to be received are required to be encrypted. We can let the messages received in the encrypted format and let the user decrypt it on request.
