New trends of power electronics for washing machines

Consumer electronic requires a lot of functionalities and characteristics to achieve market goals. This paper presents the experimental case study, concerning power consumption in washer machines. Experimental measurements required by manufacturers seek to reduce power consumption and emissions and lead to increased complexity for electronic equipment. Power electronics have a major role in this direction and following the detailed study of consumer behavior and electronic schemes should be the main objective in order to obtaining best results.
