Abstract:

The article reviews with electrical machines in modern regulated electric drives. The advantages of the complex “controlled converter - motor” for example, variable frequency synchronous drive. Specified effects on more efficient use of the active materials in the electrical machine and reduce electrical losses by varying the air gap between the rotor and the stator and rotor grooving. Two variants of the power circuits in the variable frequency synchronous electric drive with dual-power machines review. The article also indicates additional opportunities induction electric drive with modern frequency converters on the example of the electric drive of the transport roller conveyors of the electric-weld pipe workshop. Non-traditional design of the electrical machine and the converter, providing high specific indicators of the electric drive as an example of the electric drive with field regulated reluctance machine (FRRM).
