Abstract:

This paper firstly presents the characteristics of the bus 1553B and its protocol implementation in the electronic equipment test system, and then introduces the implementation process for the bus controller and remote terminal in the system in detail. LabVIEW was adopted to realize the function in main controller and test terminal in the electronic equipment test system. The operation command, test data and state of data communication can be recorded in real time, so the test system of electronic equipment is convenient to monitor the data. The test results showed that the test system worked efficiently with low bit error rate.

I. Introduction

The 1553B bus has not only distributed processing, the characteristics of centralized control and real-time response, but also has the function of mistake proofing, fault tolerance error monitoring, positioning, isolation, correction, monitor and restore the function of the system. In order to improve the reliability of the whole system, the 1553B bus is using dual redundant channels. The electronic equipment on test system requires the reliability of data transmission, accuracy, and high transmission speed, so the 1553B bus is generally used for data communication to electronic equipment on the test system.
