Abstract:
The VSB IF demodulator IC was developed for the ATSC VSB digital receiver system. Major functions of this IC include IF signal amplification with automatic gain control, carrier recovery of the pilot frequency using an FPLL (frequency phase locked loop), and synchronous demodulation of the I and Q channels.
