Abstract:

In order to solve the negative impact on the stability and control quality of the system which is caused by proportional solenoid valve flow hysteresis nonlinear, a nonlinear hysteresis mathematical model of the proportional solenoid valve was established for the needs of the nonlinear control in this paper. Aiming at the problems of the mechanism modeling and Preisach mathematics model modeling, a method of proportional solenoid valve flow hysteresis model based on experimental data has been proposed. Particle swarm optimization was introduced to optimize model parameters. In order to verify the effectiveness of this method, mat lab programming methods was introduced. Simulation results show that the particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the flow hysteresis model not only has a goodness of fit but also simple and practical. The model can be used for the feed forward control of the proportional solenoid valve to decrease or eliminate proportional solenoid valve flow hysteresis.
