1. Application of Binary ATM in Cloud

Our basic research is to apply binary ATM in integrated voice, video & data in environment of cloud. It is logical assumed that voice, video & data will have equal probability in any session. With this assumption, we like to apply binary ATM to examine processing delay and error probability. It is fundamentally correct that processing delay is proportionally depend on numbers of cell and its size as size decreases the cell becomes simple and delay will be less.

For constant bit rate, the data field in binary .

For variable bit rate, the data field in binary .

We assume reasonably the BER (Bit Error Rate) of the link,

Therefore the probability of packet error in normal ATM 1-(1-\alpha)^{53\times 8} \eqno{\hbox{(I)}}

The probability of packet error in proposed binary ATM, 0.33 [1-(1-\alpha)^{64\times 8+3}]+0.66[1-(1-\alpha)^{32\times 8+3}]\eqno{\hbox{(II)}}
