I. Introduction
With the worldwide spread of broadband consumer networks such as Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH), telecommunication carriers are being required to provide attractive application services that utilize their broadband network's advantages. This is particularly important for fixed-line carriers because a significant portion of consumers, especially young people, tend to subscribe only to wireless broadband without fixed line when they begin to live alone apart from their family. Even existing fixed broadband subscribers often switch back to narrowband network when they cannot feel the value of broadband, which can be an obstacle for a carrier's network migration.
