Abstract:

Nowadays, there are a lot of real estate web portals which publish information about various types of accommodation. Most of them have searching forms, but the quality and availability of the search forms is different. In this article, the system for searching in real estate web portals is proposed. The proposed approach uses terms of a natural language and evaluates results due to the user's preferences. At the end of the article, the web application is designed and the results are shown.
