Abstract:
To know about the factors which affect the SMEs' cognition and acceptance of SaaS-based services information technology, the paper study the SMEs' website technology of enterprises acceptance SaaS-based model, combining with technology acceptance and expectation disconfirmation theory. From the angle of network information service, it analyses external factors which affect the the SMEs' website technology of enterprises acceptance SaaS-based model. It puts forward the SaaS-based services information technology acceptance model through classic technology acceptance model and use expectation-disconfirmation theory to supplement the classic technology acceptance model. At last the paper give some suggestion to the SaaS-based SMEs' website construction service according to the situation of domestic SMEs' website construction.
