Abstract:
This paper proposes a novel memristor system, which is constructed based on a square monotone-increasing nonlinearity by replacing the non-linear resistance of typical Chua's circuit. Basic properties of the memristor system are analyzed by calculating its Lyapunov exponent spectrum and investigating its Poincare diagrames. Its hardware implementation is designed using field programmable gate array (FPGA). Comparing the experimental results with the numerical simulation, the two are the very same, and be able to generate chaotic attractor.
