Abstract:

The aim of this paper is to explore the location theory of logistics activity in the city-region range. In view of the problems such as blind construction and land waste in the logistics space forming process, starting with the geographical spatial differences, the author tries to build a set of method to select logistics space location preferred,to effectively distinguish the suitable region and unsuitable region for logistics activity. Through systematically analysis the main factors influenced the formation and development of logistics space, from the natural, social and economic three aspects, constructs the logistics spatial development suitability evaluation index system, based on fuzzy mathematics and multi-factor comprehensive evaluation methods, with the GIS platform realizes the suitability partition evaluation to graphical display, thus establishing a complete set of theory system relevant regionalization of spatial development suitability and the location of logistics space. Finally, this method is tested scientific in the certain extent through a logistics suitability partition evaluation carried out with the application of the method in Suzhou.
