As the development of society and economy a new generation of IF steel is put forward higher demand in carbon control. Therefore, more intensifying RH decarburization control has been the focus problem [2]–[4]. Establishing RH decarburization model, and to seeking the best technical parameter, and to control IF steel production process effectively, which be propitious to improve IF steel quality, and improve RH productive ability controlling level[5]–[8].
