Abstract:
The management of service procedure is the weak point in the service management. This paper proposed a service execution time evaluation method based on the historical information, and the service task dynamic distribution method, to improve the management quality in service procedure. The application condition of these methods, the design of the algorithms and the executive steps are fully investigated.
