Abstract:

With the increasing construction area of the power grid, the workload and difficulty of maintenance and protection of transmission lines are gradually increasing, leading to increased work risks for maintenance personnel. In order to effectively improve the safety of power grid transmission line maintenance personnel and reduce their work difficulty, modern scientific and technological methods can be used to optimize and innovate the equipment and methods of power grid transmission line maintenance, achieving the goal of improving its application efficiency and performance. Furthermore, based on the STM32 microcontroller,the design of the flat ladder device is emphasized. During the research process, the calculation and analysis of the flat ladder device design are emphasized, reflecting the innovative application of the STM32 microcontroller in the field of power, thereby improving the work efficiency and safety of live line operation on transmission lines, effectively improving the problem of insufficient phase distance when traditional flat ladders enter the electric field, and dealing with difficulties in entering the electric field of compact transmission lines. Therefore, this study starts from a theoretical perspective and provides a detailed introduction to the calculation and analysis of the design of the flat ladder device, reflecting the design of specific components. This enables the study to demonstrate certain guidance and reference value from both theoretical and practical perspectives.

I. Introduction

With the rapid development of social production, the demand for electricity in urban construction and industry production is increasing, leading to a continuous increase in the laying of power grids in the power industry. At the same time, in order to ensure the stability and safety of energy supply in the power grid, post maintenance and protection work of the power grid is essential. Therefore, in the post maintenance and protection work of the power grid, how to ensure the safety of personnel's lives while maintaining stable energy supply and carrying out maintenance of transmission lines is one of the key research contents in the current power industry [1]. Flat ladder, also known as insulation ladder, is a specialized climbing tool for power engineering, telecommunications engineering, electrical engineering, hydropower engineering, etc. It can ensure that personnel on it are not harmed by the current of transmission lines to the maximum extent possible. However, in recent years, with the increase in the number of transmission lines, the workload and difficulty of line maintenance have become increasingly high. As one of the necessary tools for live work, platforms are bulky and difficult to move, which poses certain risks. Therefore, the application efficiency and adaptability of traditional flat ladders in modern transmission line maintenance have gradually decreased [2].
