Abstract:
The properties of the constant magnetic field are widely used in modem medicine. But the defining of the dose of the magnetic field effect during magnetoprocedures is difficult. It has been experimentally found out, that the constant magnetic field effect nervous system, changing the nervous pulse speed. Small values of the field induction and short time exposition decelerate the speed of a nervous pulse, and then, depending on the patient’s state, the speed undergoes polyphasal changes: the further stabilization, new deceleration or augmentation. The property of changing nervous pulse speed under the conditions of the constant magnetic field gave the possibility to create a dosimeter for choosing an individual dose for magnetotherapy. The principle of its work lies in the comparison of nervous pulse speed in the field and in its absence. The choice of a dose is determined in conformity with the character of nervous pulse speed changes and is aimed at activating or inactivating of the pathological process by the field.
