Evaluation of the Power Absorbed in Human Eyes Exposed to Millimetre Waves

In this work the interaction of a plane wave at microwave and millimetre wave frequencies with a human eye (open and close) has been studied. The analysis has been performed by using the FDTD technique, and by using an accurate model of the eye obtained from photograph images of the human head. The obtained results have been compared with the internationally accepted primary limits on the SAR.
