Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of poor sealing effect of Pressure-Filled Water seal the lower gate of the Three Gorges ship lift, optimized the Pressure-Filled Water seal structure. With the ABAQUS finite element analysis software platform, the paper conducts dynamic analysis on the two types of pressure-filled water sealing heads before and after optimization, The results show that the pressure-filled water sealing contact stress and positive pressure increase with the increase of the height of the wing head, and the optimized water sealing contact stress and contact width are smaller than the original water sealing structure, the optimized pressure-filled water sealing structure has better water sealing performance.
