Abstract:
We demonstrated the possibility to use the microring resonators based on of the waveguide with two vertical slots filled with hyperlinked fluoropolymer as sensitive element of the detectors of absorbed dose of ionizing radiation (IR). The analysis of influence of IR on guiding properties of such waveguides and optimization of the parameters of ring resonators on that base in order to achieve the maximal sensitivity has been carried out.
