The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Human Resources Management (HRM) practices has ushered in a new era in the workplace, enhancing organizational capabilities while reducing human involvement. The aim of this article is to explore the revolutionary impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on HRM, illuminating its role in transitioning traditional HR practices towards dynamic and predictive talent management.
