Abstract:
Smart interactive water bottles have gained popularity as an innovative technology to help individuals track and manage their water intake. These bottles are equipped with sensors and Bluetooth connectivity, allowing them to communicate with a smartphone app and provide personalized hydration goals, reminders, and tracking of water intake. This paper comprehensively reviews the design, development, and effectiveness of smart interactive water bottles. The paper discusses the importance of proper hydration and the challenges associated with tracking and managing water intake. It provides an overview of the sensors and technologies used in smart water bottles, and how they are used to measure water intake and communicate with smartphone apps.
