Abstract:
This paper examines how quantum computing could impact cryptography, the challenges it poses, and the solutions being developed for post-quantum cryptography. The arrival of quantum computing could fundamentally challenge the basis of cryptography and have significant implications for securing sensitive information across various fields. Developing post-quantum encryption algorithms and cryptographic techniques that can withstand quantum attacks is essential to protect future data. The article also explores innovative cryptographic techniques possible with quantum computing, such as Quantum Key Distribution and signature schemes.
