Abstract:

As a crucial component of the superconducting tokamak fusion device, the large helium cryogenic system plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, stable, and efficient operation of future fusion reactors. To meet the stringent demands of high reliability and convenient maintenance for cryogenic systems, we have conducted research on the safe, reliable, and intelligent operation technology of large cryogenic refrigerators within the cryogenic system of the CRAFT (Comprehensive Research Facility for Fusion Reactor Mainframe). To achieve this, we have adopted a "platform + APPs" approach to construct the system framework. Through the interconnection of data collectors, we have integrated real-time data from both the cryogenic PLC control system and video monitoring system. Based on the C/S (client/server) software architecture of the industrial Internet platform, we have designed and developed a condition monitoring system for cryogenic equipment. This system integrates remote monitoring of cryogenic systems, equipment performance analysis, equipment information management, and other essential functions. It aids in intelligent operation and maintenance decision-making for cryogenic systems.
