Abstract:
The high-speed maglev train has been successfully commercialized in Shanghai and Qingdao, but the electromagnet design technology and PEM hybrid levitation control technology of the suspension control system of its core part still needs to be studied. Constrained by the current density of the electromagnet coils , the levitation system of the traditional EMS-type maglev train commonly used at present has limitations, so the high-speed maglev scheme with PEM hybrid levitation system is designed to reduce the levitation power consumption. Firstly, both the design technology of the electromagnet and the levitation control strategy were studied for the demand of the PEM hybrid high-speed maglev train. By analyzing the model of PEM hybrid levitation system, the research of a zero-power controller based on state feedback was designed and carried out. Finally, based on the corresponding simulation experimental results, the effectiveness of the design scheme is verified.
