Abstract:

Modern challenges in public health, such as the coronavirus pandemic, require efficient and reliable data management tools for analysis, modeling, and decision-making. Thanks to modern tools, including mathematical and information models, it is possible to forecast how an epidemic will unfold and take measures to prevent it. This article presents a mathematical description of ODE SIR, a detailed analysis of the data warehouse design process, and the creation of an epidemiological process simulation model.
