Abstract:

The performance of cartridge solenoid switch valve on special vehicle is directly impacted by vibration. To reveal the critical failure value of cartridge solenoid switch valve under foundation vibration, according to the operating principle of cartridge solenoid switch valve and the force characteristics under foundation vibration, a mathematical model with vibration conditions was created, the influence of base vibration parameters on the dynamic characteristics of cartridge solenoid switching valves in the open and closed states was obtained. The validity of the simulation model was verified by foundation vibration tests. The results show that when the spool is open, the vibration amplitude is greater than 15mm and the vibration frequency is greater than 20Hz, the solenoid valve will fail due to flow pulsation greater than 20%, while the solenoid valve will fail due to the opening of the valve port in the closed spool state where the vibration amplitude is greater than 16.6mm and the vibration frequency is greater than 20Hz.
