Abstract:

Ahstract-This paper presents an enhanced multiple voltage bandgap reference circuit, exploring various configurations and assessing their performances. The circuit delivers reliable and stable multiple reference voltages (\mathrm{V}_{\mathrm{r}\mathrm{e}\mathrm{f}1} to \mathrm{V}_{\mathrm{r}\mathrm{e}\mathrm{f}5}) with an average temperature coefficient of 1.12 to 44.7 ppm/°C over a broad −40 to 125°C temperature range. Line sensitivity varies from 0.044 to 0.128%V, using a 1.8V power supply. The circuit demonstrates robust power supply ripple rejection at −98dB and achieves a low power dissipation of 368nW when powered with 1.8V at 27° C.
