Abstract:

In conjunction with the concept of eigenmodes and the nature of transmission line eigenmodes, the paper derives the transmission line eigenmode parameters relevant to the prediction of interference resonance frequencies. In order to establish the correlation between the eigenmode parameters and the interference resonance, the complex slope Indine theorem is applied to the Nth mode of the transmission line. The mathematical relevant equations between the radiant energy and eigenvalues saliency in modes, which are directly related to the resonance, are derived from the energy relationship. Then the paper determines the intrinsic resonant frequency of the passive interference based on the radiated energy of the mode resonance. Finally, according to the functional relationship between the characteristic mode current and the actual current of the transmission line, the mathematical correlation between the total radiated energy of the transmission line and the mode weight coefficient is derived considering the external excitation of the transmission line. At this piont, the actual resonance frequency of passive interference can be solved in accordance with the extreme value of the total radiated energy.
