Abstract:
System-of-system(SOS) contribution rate evaluation has become an indispensable part of equipment project demonstration. According to the requirements of systematic construction and application of equipment, it is urgent to evaluate the SOS contribution rate(SCR) of equipment from the perspective of operational conceptual capability requirements. Introduce the operational concept-driven idea into the field of SCR evaluation of equipment, take the operational concept (CONOPS) capability system as the object of contribution rate of equipment, and take the role of equipment in the transformation of CONOPS capability as the main line, this paper proposes a framework for evaluating SCR of equipment driven by CONOPS, and constructs the cycle model of CONOPS capability generation, and analyzes the key steps of SCR evaluation of equipment, and verifies the feasibility and rationality of the method through examples. It can provide quantitative decision support for evaluating SCR of equipment based on CONOPS capability generation mechanism, in order to achieve the original intention of SCR of equipment to support equipment priority development ranking decision.
