Research on BIM-Oriented Prefabricated Building Information Management

At present, the prefabricated building industry is a hot spot in the development of the construction industry, but it has many kinds and huge amount of information in its life cycle, which leads to the difficulty of information sharing and management in the project management, the prefabricated building of information-based management, but also restrict the future development of prefabricated building. This study divided the prefabricated building into different stages, classified and summarized the information of each stage, summarized the influencing factors of prefabricated building information management, and made use of the advantages of BIM information management, the problem of prefabricated building information management and information sharing through the establishment of BIM model provides some theoretical support for prefabricated building life cycle information sharing management.
