A Miniaturized Three Way Equal Power Divider With Multiple Harmonics Suppression

This paper presents a modified two-stage three-way Wilkinson-type equal power divider design with cascaded Lshaped defected microstrip structures loaded in the quarter wave length transmission line sections achieving both miniaturization and harmonic rejection. A design has been fabricated at 1GHz for validation which shows 25 percent miniaturization and more than 18dB rejection of 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th harmonics along with good operational bandwidth and isolation.
