Abstract:

When calculating the deflection load value of bridge and gantry cranes, there is a problem of low accuracy in the calculation and detection of the deflection load value of bridge and gantry cranes, which has always been a bottleneck restricting the development of the bridge and gantry crane industry. In order to solve this problem, researchers successfully constructed an automated detection model for the deflection of bridge and gantry cranes using PLC control technology. By introducing PLC control technology, the problem of low accuracy in calculating and detecting the deflection load value of gantry cranes has been successfully solved. This not only has positive significance for the development of the industry, but also provides new ideas and directions for other related industries.
