Abstract:
The digital transformation of the human resources function has been high on the agenda of business leaders for some time, challenging the traditional way in which HR functions are carried out. Faced with numerous challenges, the HR function aims to be both an administrative expert and a strategic partner. To this end, the adoption of a human resources information system (HRIS) seems to be the most appropriate digital solution for human resources managers to meet these challenges. It is in this perspective that our research aims to highlight the impact of the adoption of an HRIS on the performance of human resources function practices, more specifically the adoption of the AGIRH HRIS within the AL Omrane Morocco Group.
