Abstract:

To address the issue of voltage exceeding limits in the distribution network due to the rapid growth of distributed generation and electric vehicle, a voltage control method for distribution network based on distributed energy storage joint operation is proposed. It presents the control architecture and interactive information required for the joint operation of distributed energy storage in the distribution network. Then a voltage control model is built for the distribution network, with the objective of minimizing the deviation from the original operational strategies for energy storage systems. Additionally, a simplified method is introduced to linearize the voltage control model by categorizing problems and using the parameter of sensitivity. To enhance the precision and efficiency of control, an iterative correction process is proposed for the sensitivity and voltage threshold in the voltage control model. The effectiveness of the voltage control method is verified by the cases studies.
