Abstract:

The article describes the numerical simulation of the induction system of the installation for the creation of anticorrosive coatings based on zinc in an electromagnetic field on fasteners. In order to ensure high efficiency of the heat treatment of the processed products and accelerate the process of thermodiffusion galvanizing, it is necessary to create such conditions that as much Joule heat as possible is generated in the processed products. The work of the system with different retort materials at different frequencies of the electromagnetic field was considered as part of the research. The obtained results of numerical modeling allowed us to draw conclusions about the choice of the optimal frequency of the field for the process and the retort material for loading the mixture for coating on fasteners.
