Abstract:
This paper uses blockchain distributed storage, immutable, peer-to-peer network and other technical characteristics. Based on the greenhouse gas accounting methods of all industries released by the state, the paper uses electricity data such as online electricity quantity and purchased electricity quantity to build a electric carbon intelligent collaborative carbon verification platform, and carries out carbon emission, carbon verification and monitoring from the technical verification. The collaborative management and application mode of power grid enterprises, government departments, emission control enterprises and third-party verification institutions shall be formed, so as to establish a multi-party trust mechanism, realize online business handling, peer-to-peer information transparency, reliable data tamper-proof, and effectively improve carbon verification efficiency, mutual trust and user satisfaction.
