Abstract:

The large-scale access of new energy power has caused a rapid increase in the demand for auxiliary services. The original auxiliary service cost sharing mechanism cannot meet the market requirements, and the supply of auxiliary services is reduced, resulting in a decline in the security and stability of the power grid. It is urgent to consider the new mechanism of auxiliary service cost sharing. In this paper, considering the factors of new energy access, the calculation formula of auxiliary service capacity and cost caused by new energy access is established. By considering the marginal contribution of inter-subject to the increase of cost, the cost allocation model based on Shapley value method is established, and the allocation model between new energy power generation subject and load is deduced. The allocation model reflects the responsibility of each subject, which conforms to the principle of ' who benefits, who shares ', and helps to improve the enthusiasm of service providers to provide corresponding auxiliary services, thereby increasing the stability of power grid operation.
