Abstract:
The security of power supply has always been a key concern in the field of electricity, and ensuring the balance between power supply and demand is an important basis for social and economic development. Under the requirement of power balance, it is important to realize the time of peak load appearance and the accurate prediction of the load value. In this paper, we start from the distribution of power peaks, find the third quarter with the most peaks and the greatest impact through statistical analysis, and use k-means clustering analysis to divide the load into three parts: climate load affected by temperature and basic and variable load not affected by temperature, and establish a regression prediction model relying on GDP, average temperature and load time series data in the second quarter by combining the principle of gray prediction to achieve The purpose of locating and predicting the annual load peaks is to provide a reference for power resource allocation and dispatch. The model is designed to forecast the time and value of annual load peaks and provide a reference for power resource allocation and dispatch.
