Abstract:
In the field of ADC testing, static parameters are parameters that characterize the quantized voltage and the standard quantized voltage of the ADC at certain points in the range. So the measurement of static parameters has always been a research hotspot. The traditional FPGA test method and logic analyzer test method have some problems, such as low accuracy of test results and low data throughput. In this paper, an ADC static parameter test system based on LabVIEW software is proposed. The Slave computer adopts PXI hardware platform, which is fully compatible with LabVIEW, and has great improvement in speed and accuracy. Finally, the simulation of the system and the static test of the 8bit ADC are completed, The measured DNL ranges from 0.12LSB to -0.37LSB, and the INL ranges from 0.45LSB to -0.67LSB.
