Abstract:
With the continuous progress of the Internet and the rapid development of socioeconomic and economy, traditional human resources management methods have become time -consuming and laborious, and no longer meet the requirements of modern enterprises. The continuous improvement of computer technology has brought great convenience to the daily life and work of enterprises and employees, which has made network technology and information management systems widely applied. The computer-based information management system is convenient and efficient, and it is increasingly valued by various enterprises. A good information management system can bring huge changes to the enterprise. Enterprises in different industries have their own goals. In order to achieve these goals, they need to attract people, things, funds, and various information resources to use human resources to carry out economic activities. Enterprises have begun to pay attention to and improve internal management to obtain long-term profits and competitiveness in turbulent environments. This article uses Java to develop a human resources management system (HRMS), which has functions such as departmental information management, employee information management, attendance information management, salary management, and employee training management.
