Abstract:

Fashion design is a complex and difficult process that requires designers to possess professional knowledge and skills. Traditional clothing design methods have some bottlenecks, such as time cost, cost control, production efficiency, and so on. Therefore, this paper adopted a design and implementation method of Computer-aided design (CAD) system based on virtual intelligent 3D (three-dimensional) clothing structure. The system adopts virtualization technology to set the clothing structure as a 3D model, and has a 3D visual interactive interface for designers to operate and adjust. The system also has intelligent functions, which can automatically calculate the size, material, structure and other information of clothing structure based on user input data and requirements. At the same time, the system can also automatically generate drawings of clothing parts and provide 3D printing output function, which has high practicality and operability. In the experimental test, the algorithm in this paper was verified to be performance by testing the time of designing drawings and user satisfaction. The data showed that the generation time of Feedforward neural network was the shortest, and the average generation time of virtual clothing design was 20.7ms. In the user satisfaction test of 40 tests, the user satisfaction of Three-cushion billiards and above accounted for 72.5%. It was ultimately discovered that the virtual 3D clothing structure CAD system can provide users with better intelligent services, improve design efficiency, provide personalized services, and provide users with a better experience.
