I. Introduction
The development of science and technology in the sphere of refinement the design and development of control systems for SHD allows us to create new test benches with previously unattainable performance and reliability indicators [1]. The newly created test bench actuators are able to withstand high operating efforts over long periods. The all-encompassing progress in automation and information-measuring technologies provides additional incentives for the emergence of technical systems automated actuators for testing the strength and reliability of equipment with qualitatively new functionality and capabilities. The control software of such systems utilizes modern algorithms to provide intelligent control over the functional movements of the executive elements.
