Abstract:
For the design of aircraft electric cargo door closed-loop controlling system, the commonly used mechanical structure analysis software is not convenient to analyze the real-time motion characteristics and verify the optimized control algorithm. To address this situation, the rotary cargo door mechanism is analyzed based on Energy Method, the energy conversion relationship between the main components is derived, and simulation model is established in MATLAB/SIMULINK. Based on this model, we can simulate important parameters such as load torque, speed, angular velocity, and power during when the cargo door moves. By comparing the results with the analytical method, the simulation results verify the correctness and feasibility of this method. Based on this model, not only can the load change with parameters be analyzed, which is beneficial for optimizing the load torque of the cabin door, but also provides a foundation for the design of the cargo door motor actuation control system.
