Abstract:

The vibration and noise performance of a pure electric vehicle has been analyzed and optimized from three aspects: road noise, wind noise, and air conditioning system noise, and the NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) performance of the vehicle was improved. Based on the noise source analysis, the NVH characteristics of the vehicle tire have been optimized by modal analysis and selection. When analyzing the wind noise of the vehicle, the air tightness test was used to find out the sealing property of the vehicle. This was combined with the smoke test to identify the main leakage points in the vehicle. The poor sealing parts were optimized to solve the vehicle’s airtightness issues. The transmission model and the noise transmission path are studied. The noise of the vehicle air conditioning system is tested by experiments, and the external controller was used to find the tap position of the problem noise. By lengthening the tube, its modal characteristics were altered to prevent the transmission of vibration and noise from the compressor and to avoid resonance of the tube mode.
