Abstract:
Most women will feel uncomfortable when wearing a bra for a long time. With the extension of time, the pain and discomfort of pressure will increase gradually. When the human body finally feels uncomfortable, it is actually the effect of internal stress. Establishing a reliable mechanical model through simulation can predict the internal stress of the human body when wearing a bra theoretically. In this paper, the size standard of 160/84 A mannequin is used as the basic human body model, and the FLEXIFORCE film pressure sensor is used to measure the clothing pressure data of the lower chest of the human body, and the clothing pressure prediction model of the lower chest of the human body is established in COMSOL Multiphysics through the theory of structural mechanics. This paper mainly studied the internal stress distribution when women wearing bras. The simulation results show that when wearing a bra, the internal stress is much greater than clothing pressure. Therefore, consumers are advised not to wear a bra for a long time unless it is necessary, and it is better to wear a vest or loose clothing as a substitute.
