Abstract:
Wind, light and fire bundled outward transmission is a common trading method for new energy trading across provinces and regions, which is conducive to smoothing out fluctuations in new energy output and improving the economics of long-distance transportation of new energy. At the same time, the low price of subsidized new energy plays an important role in enhancing the purchasing motivation of power users and promoting the consumption of new energy through the market. To this end, this paper makes a technical and economic analysis of the wind-light-fire bundling mode, puts forward the principle of reasonable allocation of wind-fire bundling capacity, and designs the wind-fire bundling trading mechanism from three aspects: trading price, trading mode and guarantee measures. Finally, it is proved that this mode is economical, reduces the impact caused by the fluctuation of new energy output, and promotes the consumption of new energy through calculation examples.
