Abstract:

With the intensification of market competition and the increase of uncertainty, the rapid response of enterprises and their supply chains to market demand is becoming more and more crucial. This paper focuses on demand and time uncertainty which affects the response time, and studies the time optimization of production routing collaborative scheduling problem. Because the production routing collaborative scheduling problem can be regarded as the integration of production planning problem and vehicle routing problem, the response time are both affected by the processes of production and transportation. The minimization expectation total completion time model is first proposed, and then the total cost constraints including production, storage and transportation costs are considered, as well as more strict response time constraints for each customer in each period. Then, the certainty equivalent transformation of the proposed model is carried out to extract the variance and the confidence level of the uncertain variables and then make uncertainty analysis. Finally, numerical experiments are made to solve the model, and the uncertainty analysis of time and demand is carried.
