Calculation of individual elements of enclosing structures of a continuous steelmaking unit

This paper presents a method for obtaining steel in a continuous unit. The reactor consists of several parts, such as charge preheating zone, iron reduction zone, oxidizing refining zone and steel finishing zone. For the presented installation, the selection of a refractory fence was carried out also the structure of the calculation of the thickness of the layers is also given for protective part of the installation and the garnissage.
